Petra Lander, a passionate amateur photographer, was born and raised in Germany and has lived and worked in Switzerland, Germany, Iran, Belgium and the UK. During her international career she has worked in international hotel management, the travel industry, interior design and property development.
Her passions are travel, properties/interiors, photography, learning, people and great food.
Ever since being given her first camera in 1978 she has been a passionate amateur photographer and will always carry a camera with her.
Petra uses Canon Cameras and loves best taking images with zoom lenses for great details and close ups. She finds images that inspire her in almost any subject and any surrounding but is most inspired by nature, sunrises and sunsets, reflections, water and people.
As a passionate traveller she loves to explore different cultures, people and food, and speaks 5 languages.
Her dream is to visit and photograph every country in the world and one day to be invited to a photographic assignment with National Geographics.
